“ I have been going past this place for almost 60 years (it is on the road from my parents home to my uncles and now near my office) at least it seems like it has always been there. Today was the day. It looks ok from the road, like a little country inn (which it was before the city grew around it). Inside was very nice, very cozy and extremely clean. The waitress (Chelsey) was very prompt, professional and friendly based on the conversation she had with two older (and slightly loud) gentleman she might be part of the ownership team but if I heard correctly the Inn was taken over in 2000 and Chelsey doesn't look much over 24 so maybe not. I had the chili which was very good for restaurant chili, and a magnificent Greek salad with chicken that I could not finish. Was very pleased with my visit and now have a new spot by the office that I sorely needed. Next team lunch will be here. I should add the chili (which just about filled me up) and salad ran $26, $7 for the chili (worth it), $12 for the salad (a bargain) and $6 for the chicken (worth it). ”

Also tried the broccoli soup (yum), side salads (good), broccoli (just the way I like it) and bread (yep). Our server was helpful and attentive. Enjoyed our conversation about the history of the restaurant. We would definitely stop here again. ”

“ I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years. This is my go to for prime rib, it is very tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. They also have dinosaur bones which are the bones from the prime rib that they roast with bbq sauce. It is the best, by far, then any steak houses in Macomb County. They also have the best onion blossom and french onion soup I have ever had. I love their raspberry vinaigrette as well. You get a lot food for the price with many other options then steak. During the holidays they put on an amazing all you can eat buffet. ”
